Our design vision is inspired by this reflection: to design a place through careful observation and conscious care of its elements. A place is composed of its natural and artificial presences, materials, and the necessary relationships they establish with the urban fabric. Seeking to harmonize these material and immaterial elements implies a design choice to be undertaken in relation to the time and landscape in which we live, ranging from the domestic scale of individual apartments to the design of new buildings.

Listening is not just an initial phase, but a continuous practice that permeates the entire design and construction process. The design process begins with a meeting where the architectural idea and housing needs are pinpointed.
This phase provides a deep understanding of the context, laying the groundwork for the conception of a project that can organically integrate. Contextual study occurs through technical site visits where the project area is examined, including the realization of photographic and topographic surveys of the site. Finally, analysis of existing urban planning tools allows for feasibility requirements for the project.
The development of the preliminary project becomes an immersive experience in the ideation process, where project guidelines are established, exploring spatial and architectural visions through the creation of photorealistic renders. During this phase, the aesthetic and functional characteristics of the building are identified, paths are traced, and the distribution of spaces is defined based on the needs to be met, embodying the balance between functionality and the poetry of dwelling.
Once preliminary characteristics are shared and approved, project aspects aimed at obtaining building and housing titles are further explored. In this phase, the structural skeleton of the building is defined, materials and finishes that will constitute its skin are selected, and systems are planned with the aim of placing habitability and comfort at the center.
